Important: Seller Approvals Are Limited
To keep Creative Moth balanced for both buyers and sellers, we intentionally limit how many new designers are approved at one time. As our buyer community grows, we will open additional seller spots and approve another batch of applications.
There is no guaranteed approval timeframe, and applications are not approved in a specific order. Sellers are selected as space becomes available.
Please do not contact Creative Moth asking when your application will be approved, where you are in line, or requesting priority approval. Messages regarding application timing or placement will not receive a response and may be deleted.
Submitting an application confirms that you understand approval may take time.

Simple seller pricing
There is no startup fee, monthly fee, or listing fee. Creative Moth charges 9% + $0.30 when you make a sale. The $0.30 applies once to each seller’s portion of a completed order, not to every product. Stripe payment processing is handled by Creative Moth and is not deducted as a separate seller fee.

Create product listings with descriptions, previews, protected download files, tags, category, and SEO fields.
Clarify current product settings
Use current fields for personal use, commercial license availability, POD permission, resale restrictions, and AI disclosure.

Marketplace standards
- Applications and product submissions are manually reviewed.
- Only upload original work or files you have rights to sell.
- AI-assisted or AI-generated content must be disclosed in product fields.
- Products should use accurate previews, descriptions, categories, tags, and license settings.
How applying works
- Create or log in to a buyer account.
- Submit a designer application with your public name, store URL name, bio, portfolio, design types, and AI-use disclosure.
- An admin reviews the application. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on marketplace fit, originality, and completeness.
- If approved, you can access the seller dashboard, set up your storefront, and submit products for review.
