Request deletion of your data

To request deletion, visit our Contact Creative Moth page and submit a request stating that you want your Creative Moth account data deleted.

Please include the email address associated with your Creative Moth account so we can locate the correct account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Facebook and Instagram connection data

If you connected Facebook or Instagram to Creative Moth, your deletion request may also include information Creative Moth stored for that social-media connection.

You may also disconnect your Facebook or Instagram connection from Creative Moth. Disconnecting the integration prevents Creative Moth from using that connection for future social publishing.

Information we may need to retain

Some records may need to be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, security, or marketplace compliance purposes. Information that is not required to be retained will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
